Inspired by the works of Terry Gilliam and Yorgos Lanthimos, the film plays with science fiction, body horror and dark comedy. Set in a dystopian laboratory basement, the story follows a girl and her botched clone as they are welcomed to their new family - their ‘parents’ (masochistic scientists) and their ‘siblings’, (the previous creations). In seeing this dark place through their naïve child-like eyes, for a fleeting moment they bring joy to their new home…
